WIP Progress Report: March 2024

It’s time for the monthly progress report, where on the first Monday of the month, I share where I am with my WIPs aka Work(s)-In-Progress. Let’s dive in, shall we?

Quick recap ICYMI: I'm working on the 2 of the last 3 (for now) Carolina Rebels books, featuring Zane Landry, Derek Novak, and Cal Kessy

Carolina Rebels WIPs:
Might as Well (Carolina Rebels #10) = 63% done (Zane)
More than Enough (Carolina Rebels, #11) = done! (Derek)
Surrender to You (Carolina Rebels #12) = 15%. (Cal)

I was thinking I didn't make much progress to Zane's book, but it went up by 6%! That's something! I was hoping to wrap up Zane's book in February, but it'll get done in March. I'm taking some time to go back and revamp a couple of things that will make it all click into place!

Once Zane's book is done, I'll shift focus to Cal...or maybe something else to prolong the "end" of the series. Wondering what may come after that?

Well.

There's a To-Be-Named Small Town Romance series in the works. I don't want to divulge too much here yet because I'm still planning the series as a whole. WIP #1 is 17% complete and WIP #2 is ~5% complete. I have a total of 5 books dreamed up right now.

Hearts in Carolina series: Right now, the only person I'm comfortable with saying they'll probably get a book, which is Henry, Raelynn's ex. And…some stuff happens in one of the final 3 Rebels books, so…you'll see another familiar face. At some point...I may write books featuring kids of the Rebels, but that's WAY far off in my line of thinking.

I'm hoping to start releasing again in late 2024 and will hopefully be more consistent after that. The plan for this month is to wrap up Zane's book and start working on Cal's or the new series. Fingers crossed.

As always, thank you for your support.

Until next time, happy reading.
