July's Paperback Pick

Do you know those books that just seem like they fell into your lap at the perfect time? As if you read them right when you needed them? That's what July's paperback pick felt like. This is my first book by Miranda Kenneally, and it won't be the last! I was even more excited when I learned this was the first book in a series, because that means there's more! :D

I smiled, I laughed, and I was just in love with this book and the characters. It left me completely satisfied. I've added the rest of the books to my ever-growing TBR, but hopefully it won't be too long before I can come back to the setting of this series. It's a book definitely worth checking out and definitely worthy of remaining on my shelves. Plus, I love the cover!

What girl doesn't want to be surrounded by gorgeous jocks day in and day out? Jordan Woods isn't just surrounded by hot guys, though-she leads them as the captain and quarterback of her high school football team. They all see her as one of the guys and that's just fine. As long as she gets her athletic scholarship to a powerhouse university.

But everything she's ever worked for is threatened when Ty Green moves to her school. Not only is he an amazing QB, but he's also amazingly hot. And for the first time, Jordan's feeling vulnerable. Can she keep her head in the game while her heart's on the line?
